These terms govern the use of the presentation website galert.ro (the “Website”) and the materials published on it. The Website presents the GALERT software platform, intended for security companies and alarm monitoring centres.
The Website is informational and promotional. It does not create user accounts, process orders or provide access to the GALERT platform. Platform access is granted separately under a contract between the relevant parties.
The Website is operated by the rights holder of the GALERT platform.
By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
The Website content — including text, structure, source code, graphics, screenshots, the GALERT name and logo and the overall visual identity — belongs to the rights holder and is protected by applicable copyright, related-rights and trademark legislation.
Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce the Website in whole or in part, distribute or make its content publicly available, modify or create derivative works, reuse content for commercial or advertising purposes, or use the GALERT name, logo or visual identity in a way that could cause confusion about the source of a product or service.
Third-party product names and trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used solely to indicate technical interoperability.
The Website may be viewed freely for informational purposes. Short excerpts may be quoted if the source is identified and a link to the original page is provided.
Screenshots published on the Website come from a demonstration environment and contain fictitious or anonymised presentation data. They do not represent real customer, monitored-site, response-team or incident data.
Feature descriptions are general. The actual configuration, available integrations and operating model are defined for each implementation.
