GALERT brings alarm reception, operator workflows, response team coordination and the mobile intervention app together in one platform.
From the moment a signal is received to the moment the response is closed, GALERT gives operators the tools they need for site monitoring, alarm handling and team coordination.
Every signal from monitored panels reaches the dispatch centre instantly, in plain language for the operator — no technical codes. Reception via Contact ID (CID), ADM-CID and SIA.
When an alarm goes off, the operator takes it over, contacts the client and decides: dispatch a team or mark it a false alarm. Every step is guided, timed and logged.
The panic button triggers a dedicated, impossible-to-miss screen. A person in danger gets absolute priority.
Field teams are tracked on the map in real time. The operator dispatches the nearest team and follows the route to the site.
The mobile app is part of the GALERT platform, not a separate product. The agent receives the assignment on their phone and completes it from the app, while the dispatch centre sees every step in real time.
GALERT integrates with Hikvision AX PRO, Hikvision AX Hybrid PRO, AJAX and UPROX, as well as other systems that report events through standard protocols such as Contact ID, ADM-CID, SIA and DC-09.
Every incoming signal is classified automatically and translated into plain language for the operator — no technical codes.
The platform is designed to support the work of monitoring dispatch centres in line with the operational requirements of Romanian Law no. 333/2003 on the protection of premises, goods and valuables and the protection of persons: event records, response time measurement and full traceability of every intervention. Responsibility for the compliance of each company's own operations remains with that company.
GALERT is developed in Romania by Gaxis Team. Technical support is direct, with no long chain of intermediaries, and the product team understands the operating context of the Romanian security market.
