GALERT is alarm monitoring and dispatch software for security companies, bringing alarm reception, operator workflows, response-team coordination and reporting into one platform.
A modern monitoring centre is more than a screen full of static maps. Information has to move quickly from the alarm system to the operator and then to the field team, while every important step remains traceable.
GALERT combines alarm reception, event prioritisation, operator handling, team assignment, the Android field application and a complete intervention history. It is designed for security companies and alarm monitoring centres that want to modernise an existing operation through a controlled, staged implementation.

Signals arrive directly in the operator interface and are classified by event type. GALERT supports Contact ID, ADM-CID, SIA and DC-09, together with integrations for Ajax, Hikvision AX PRO, Hikvision AX Hybrid PRO and U-Prox. The exact configuration is verified before production integration.
When an alarm is received, the operator can see available teams and send the intervention from the platform. The field agent receives the monitored site, alarm type, priority and the information needed to travel to the location, reducing the need to dictate addresses by phone or radio.
The field application is currently available on Android; the iOS version is in development. A team can accept an intervention, start travelling, confirm arrival and report operational status while the monitoring centre follows progress in real time.

See the dedicated page for the Android response-team application.
Alarm reception, operator acknowledgement, team assignment, travel, arrival and closure can remain associated with the event. The resulting data supports operational reporting, internal reviews and the documentation of regulated security activity. GALERT is a software tool; each licensed company remains responsible for its own legal and operational compliance.
Instant Alert and DSM are legacy solutions that have been without active support for many years. GALERT can be introduced in stages through analysis, configuration, data migration, testing and, where the existing architecture allows it, parallel operation before the final production cutover.
Full production integration is typically planned over 1–3 calendar months, depending on monitoring-centre complexity, existing systems, data migration and testing. There is no fixed monitored-site threshold that defines whether an implementation is suitable.
GALERT is intended for security companies and alarm monitoring centres that want to modernise alarm reception, operator work and field-response coordination. Architecture and rollout are defined around the real operating model of each monitoring centre.
