GALERT is developed in Romania by Gaxis Team. It did not begin as a feature list on paper. It began by observing recurring operational problems in security companies using ageing monitoring-centre systems without a modern mobile response workflow or fast operational reporting.
The operator receives the alarm, dictates an address by phone or radio, the field team relies heavily on local knowledge, and later someone reconstructs the event history manually when a report is needed. The problem is not that people are careless; the tools make too much information depend on manual handoffs.
Direct technical communication. The team developing the software understands the deployment context and can discuss issues without a long chain of intermediaries.
Romanian market context. GALERT is designed around the equipment and workflows encountered in the local security market, including Ajax, Hikvision AX PRO / AX Hybrid PRO and U-Prox integrations and standard alarm protocols.
Feedback reaches the product team. Operational requests can be discussed directly with the team responsible for the platform.
The Android field application is a core part of the platform, not an afterthought. We also designed migration as a controlled process rather than a single disruptive cutover.
GALERT is built for security companies and monitoring centres that want a modern workflow, a dedicated field-response application and direct access to the technical team. Portfolio size is not treated as a fixed limit; architecture and integration are defined by the complexity of each monitoring centre.
